3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and timely information necessary for the completion of your project
• Reviewing and providing feedback on deliverables in a timely manner
• Ensuring that all content provided to us does not infringe on any third-party rights
• Paying all agreed-upon fees according to the payment schedule

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment of all fees due, you will be granted a license to use the final deliverables created for your project. We retain ownership of all preliminary designs, concepts, and other materials created during the design process that are not included in the final deliverables.

We reserve the right to display the final deliverables in our portfolio and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your project agreement. Typically, we require:

• A non-refundable deposit before work begins
• Milestone payments as the project progresses
• Final payment before the launch of the website or delivery of final files

Late payments may result in work being suspended until payment is received.

6. Limitation of Liability

EK Web Design is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising out of or in connection with the use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material obligation and fails to remedy the breach within 30 days of receiving written notice.

If you terminate the agreement, you agree to pay for all services provided up to the termination date.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting an announcement on our website. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
